The Windows® Client Write-Up System is a total rewrite of our very successful DOS Client Write-Up System. Every line of code is new. The Windows® Client Write-Up System takes full advantage of the 32 bit technology of Windows®. From a design standpoint, the field proven capabilities of the DOS system were duplicated and two major design enhancements were added. They are:

The System never closes. All financial periods remain open. You are not limited by fiscal barriers or by design limitations. You can make changes and produce financial reports for any period at any time.
The Windows® Client Write-Up System includes an "After the Fact Payroll System" which is individualized by item. Any item can be subject to or not subject to any tax and placed in any position on any government form. The system produces laser generated 940's, 941's, 943's, W2's and 1099's in addition to state unemployment forms.
In addition,the Windows® Client Write-Up System allows you to easily interface with your clients who use PC Software Windows® Computer Checkbook or who use Quicken® or Quickbooks®. There are also general interfaces that work well with many other accounting systems.
The Windows® Client Write-Up System includes an integrated Bank Reconciliation module that is very user friendly.
The Windows® Client Write-Up System includes tax interfaces to well known tax programs and generalized tax interfaces to support almost all other tax programs.

The Windows® Computer Checkbook System is a check writing program that was designed to be used by the accounting firm as well as by their clients. Functionally, the "Computer Checkbook System" performs similar tasks to other check writing programs, the best known of which is Intuit's Quicken®. Computer Checkbook has the capability of writing both payroll and payable checks, preparing deposit slips and of also keeping accounting records for all of these transactions.
