Microsoft's Windows has set the standard in the computer marketplace; and it appears to have a tight hold on the future. Virtually no new DOS programs are being developed and many software companies (especially those with tax programs) are pressuring their clients into Windows products because of the high cost of updating two totally different systems.

If you are a typical accounting firm, you currently have a mix of Windows and DOS software. Should you stay this way? Should you make a complete move to Windows?
